Q-Sourcing Servtec seeks a Finance Manager for a client in the Agribusiness sector to provide financial leadership manage budgeting planning reporting and controls while embedding operational systems for growth.

 Reporting to the CEO the role supports internal controls governance and team accountability to ensure robust financial management and efficient scaling.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership and Strategy

• Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting for grants and investors
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models for timely projections
• Oversee financial controls compliance and audit readiness
• Generate concise reports on performance highlighting variances and opportunities

Operational Oversight and Scalability

• Collaborate with operations leadership to streamline distribution logistics and branch-level budgeting
• Implement scalable financial and operational systems including P&L dashboards and process documentation
• Establish robust controls and standard operating procedures across branches

Grant and Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage grant funding budgeting reporting and donor compliance
• Prepare financial summaries and due diligence documents for investor relations
• Provide insights to guide strategic decisions on scale and efficiency

Team and Culture Development

• Set financial and operational performance standards with KPI monitoring
• Recruit and mentor junior and branch-level finance and operations staff
• Promote process adherence and accountability across the organization
