It is imperative to devise a product strategy for a loyalty program that is both economically feasible for Uganda Airlines and appealing to customers This may be achieved by continuously refining the incentives offered to customers
Maintain a continuous evaluation of the activities associated with the loyalty program which include member behavior member engagement program structure financial performance benefits and associated processes
In order to enhance member knowledge and marketing effectiveness it is essential to effectively plan and manage active membership and member acquisition programs that match with the objectives specified by the airline This may be accomplished by conducting member research and testing plans
For the purpose of achieving active membership targets it is necessary to develop and oversee marketing strategies that include recruiting new member conversion reactivation and the reduction of churn rate
Uganda Airlines is in the process of defining a member-based strategy and methods to effectively manage member lifecycles The goal is to not only drive loyalty but also fit with the business objectives of the company
Assume the responsibility of leading the loyalty strategy for Uganda Airlines across all customer groups and customer touchpoints
The individual is accountable for managing the lifetime value of members member penetration member spending member communication and member retention
One of the responsibilities is to generate additional revenue by increasing the amount of ancillary revenue and overall bookings
One of the responsibilities is to oversee and manage all loyalty marketing programs and activities across the department and the entire organization if necessary
Responsible for designing the strategy for member communication as well as all processes involved in the fulfillment of loyalty programs and providing member services and support
In order to boost member acquisition partner income member engagement profitability and retention Uganda Airlines must develop and deploy loyalty agreements across a wide range of sectors including Financial Services Retail Telco Hotels and others
The objective is to establish partnership objectives that will result in increased revenue for Uganda Airlines and provide value to the members of the program
The process of benchmarking partnerships in major markets involves performing regular monitoring of the offerings and trends of competitors as well as doing an analysis of customer data to identify key concerns trends and opportunities
It is the responsibility of the individual to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain connections with partners and stakeholders
Manage the budget and costs of the program
With the responsibility of managing regional offices and outstations it is imperative to provide a seamless loyalty experience for the members encompassing all interactions with consumers and throughout their whole travel trip
In order to support business decisions that are beneficial to both the program and the customers it is necessary to analyze interpret and utilize complicated data
Make certain that both online and offline distribution channels are functioning in an effective and efficient manner to support the items and services offered by the program
In order to enhance and motivate members' behavior and engagement in the loyalty program it is essential to collaborate with stakeholders from different functional areas such as Marketing E-commerce Sales Ground Operations and Contact Center in order to develop and execute initiatives and campaigns that are driven by data and focused on specific segments
It is the responsibility of the individual to actively participate in the department's or team's objective plans methods and practices and to propose suitable modifications if they are required
It is your responsibility to offer knowledge in loyalty products and leadership to different teams located around the network
Professional Qualifications Abilities and Capabilities
I possess a Bachelor's Degree in computer science administration finance marketing or an area that is closely related to it
Have a minimum of three years of experience working at a senior level in a respected airline that handles loyalty and partnerships
I have a strong background in the travel and airline industry namely in the field of commercial sales management
I possess a strong expertise in dealing with sales in the hospitality and tourism industry as well as managing corporate accounts with clients from other countries
With a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving great win rates
Experience in the creation of responses to requests for proposals (RFP) sales pitches and the administration of bids
I possess a strong background in managing marketing and promotional programs along with the ability to present bids effectively
An understanding of the European African and Asian aviation markets is the prerequisite
It would be advantageous to possess knowledge of tourism markets and the important players in the industry
Possessing exceptional proficiency in both oral and written English in addition to being an effective trainer
An additional benefit would be if you have knowledge of other languages spoken in other countries
The ability to assign tasks establish clear direction and manage workflow is an essential aspect of management abilities
High levels of expertise in mentoring and coaching
A capability to instruct and develop the skills of subordinates
The capacity to encourage members of the team to work together
