Lead Generation
Find and explore new business opportunities by networking, becoming involved in the community, calling potential clients, going to industry events, and doing outreach activities to teach both the community and prospects about Tugende's products and services
Sales Presentations
Make and give interesting sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, and make sure you follow up on time
Market Research
Keep up with what's going on in the market, what your competitors are doing, and what your customers want in your area, and change your sales methods as needed
With the help of the Marketing team, do (or help with) market research to set benchmarks and make observations that will help Tugende sell better
Reporting
Use CRM software to keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and projections in a precise way
When needed, make and send frequent sales reports and predictions to the branch executives and senior management
Working Together
Work with the branch executive, account managers, and other branch staff to carry out initiatives that will boost demand for Tugende's products and services
Work with the marketing team to come up with targeted methods that would appeal to potential clients in the area
Talk to the branch manager about specific demands that, if met, will increase sales

A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar discipline
Experience
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related profession in the past
Skills
Good at talking to people, negotiating, and giving presentations Driven by goals and has a history of accomplishing or surpassing sales goals Self-motivated and having an optimistic, can-do attitude Being able to get along with customers and earn their trust
Able to use CRM systems or sales software with ease Great communication and people abilities
