 The program combines hands-on learning theory structured work experience and access to a variety of learning options Our ideal applicant will work hard to learn about Stanbic Bank's key principles and projects and put those values into action every day 

You should be able to work well in a fast-paced multi-tasking setting and show that you are creative and analytical when it comes to addressing problems You should also have a strong desire to do your best

As an Apprentice You Will

• Get real-world work experience in all of our main business areas
• Help teams with genuine business projects and everyday tasks
• Take part in structured training programs that are meant to improve your technical and professional abilities
• Work with experienced mentors and bosses who can help you
• Get to know Stanbic's principles culture and focus on the customer
• Come up with new ideas that can make a genuine difference at the bank

To Be Eligible You Must

• Be a citizen of Uganda
• Have finished an undergraduate degree between 2023 and 2025
• Have graduated with a GPA of at least 4.0 or the equivalent (First Class Division)
• Have worked for less than two years
• Be willing to take on jobs that may demand you to work in both front-line (customer-facing) and back-office operations
• Not be in another graduate program or internship when you apply
