Officer Web Administration - Bank of Uganda
Join the Bank of Uganda as an Officer Web Administration (Job Ref: ITB4.14, Rank: BOII) in our IT Business Automation Department to manage and enhance our website and intranet.
About the Job
As an Officer Web Administration, you will report to the Team Leader of Applications Development, ensuring the Bank's websites and intranet are secure and efficient.
Main Duties
- Develop and enhance the Bank's website and intranet.
- Monitor web server performance and apply security patches.
- Manage access permissions and provide second-level support.
- Integrate websites with the Data Warehouse for data analytics.
- Document configurations and track Agile and PRINCE2 projects.
What We Want

| Qualifications | First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Certifications in HTML5, JavaScript, or CSS3 are a plus. |
| Experience | No experience required. |
| Age | Not more than 30.0 years old by August 22, 2025. |
| Technical Skills | Knowledge of Django, CMS, SQL, and SEO. |
| Behavioral Skills | Collaboration, attention to detail, and communication. |
