The Missed Vital Signs program at Wellcome Leap is paying for the VITAL-HMB project at Busitema University. Our goal is to improve menstrual health by creating new ways to find Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (HMB) and Iron Deficiency early on. This is a one-of-a-kind chance to help with a research-heavy project that will have a big effect on women's health care.

The best applicant will be in charge of the project's day-to-day operations, making sure that everyone follows the rules, managing staff, coordinating data gathering, and making sure that everyone can talk to each other so that the project is a success and milestones are met on time.
