Role Overview

Location: Namanve Plant, Kampala 
Reports to: Team Leader – Packaging 
Job Code: CCB251117-4

You will safeguard Coca-Cola’s legendary quality standards through rigorous testing, monitoring, and corrective action across production and packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming raw & packaging materials
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents
• Conduct product & packaging validation tests
• Identify and isolate non-conforming materials
• Enforce GMP, GLP, and QMS standards
• Support food safety management system implementation
• Report food safety, defense, or fraud risks immediately

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or related field

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years Quality Control experience in FMCG
• Experience in plastics, process monitoring, water/wastewater treatment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Deep knowledge of GMP and GLP
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork
