Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow the Bank's rules for physical security and safety as well as the rules set by the government for standards controls processes and procedures
• Run security programs training and other efforts for employees and other important people on security issues rules emergency procedures and safety measures
• Do a full analysis to find out what caused security incidents and suggest ways to avoid them in the future
• Hold frequent security awareness programs to create a culture of security awareness and practice within the bank
• Look at the security concerns and make sure that the right steps are being taken to keep the bank's property and people safe
• Look into policy breaches security issues and internal occurrences to find out what happened who is to blame and what actions and fixes should be taken
• Work with police to give them information witness accounts or proof about events that might need legal action
• Keep an eye on security systems cameras and recordings to make sure they are working properly and let the right people and management know right once if there are any problems abnormalities breaches or incidents
• Do security snap checks and risk assessments on a regular basis to stop crime find possible security risks and weaknesses and put in place measures to reduce and stop security threats
• Gather and evaluate security information and send out security alerts when needed
• Protect private information and keep it secret especially when it comes to security and investigations
• Handle issues and problems in a calm and professional way while keeping the Bank's operations running as smoothly as possible
• Make preparations for what to do in case of all the security dangers and emergencies that could damage business
• Work with the managers of contracted security agencies to make sure that the security guards at TBL locations are rotated on a regular basis
• Keep service level agreements up to date with security guards CIT CCTV and alarm maintenance companies
• Make security reports and give them to the Risk Management Committee
• Follow the bank's AML/CFT/CPF rules and procedures If you don't the bank will deal with it according to its disciplinary procedures
• Any additional job that you are given from time to time

• A bachelor's degree in security management information technology (IT) or a similar discipline
• Having a professional certification in security management is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience
• At least three years of experience in a field connected to security ideally in banking or financial services
• Able to use and keep an eye on CCTV alarms and other security equipment
• Experience organizing security operations in times of crisis
• A good grasp of cybersecurity principles to keep the bank safe from digital threats
• Experience in putting in place and keeping up with security rules and compliance
• Real-world experience managing incidents such as responding to bank robberies and cyberattacks
