To be in charge of the strategic design delivery and performance of MTN MoMo's digital service channels which include the App USSD and Web This job includes making sure that users have smooth experiences , that the system is always up and running , that it follows the rules and that it keeps becoming better
Duties
Carry out channel plans and keep an eye on the App USSD and Web service lifecycle
Keep an eye on performance uptime usage metrics and what customers say
Do user research UI/UX design and usability testing
Use data analytics to find patterns and develop performance dashboards
Set up protocols for managing incidents and work together to fix problems
Talk to vendors development teams and others inside the company
Keep track of how well the channel is doing and help with governance tasks like SLA/KPI evaluations and risk assessments
Take care of the operating budget for digital platforms
Academic Requirements
Requirement
A bachelor's degree in an area relevant to computer science IT information systems telecommunications engineering business computing or something similar
Having a master's degree is a plus
Certifications in project management (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) ITIL UI/UX design or training on a suitable platform are strongly suggested
Qualifications
You need to have at least two years of experience with at least one year of managing digital channels (App USSD Web) in fintech mobile money telecom or digital banking
