Job Purpose
To oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks (PPDA Act, donor regulations), achieving value for money, and timely delivery of goods, services, and works to support Uganda's railway development.
Key Responsibilities

| Procurement Planning | Develop and monitor procurement/disposal plans aligned with organizational goals |
| Tendering Process | Lead PPDA and donor-funded tendering processes, prepare bidding documents |
| Compliance | Ensure adherence to PPDA regulations and donor requirements |
| Stakeholder Management | Conduct pre-bid meetings and guide stakeholders through procurement processes |
| Reporting | Prepare monthly procurement reports and track expenditures |
