Job Summary:

The Logistics Technical Trainee will spend 12 months learning everything there is to know about the Logistics department, including Distribution, Warehousing, and Inventory.

This fast-paced 12-month Logistics technical program includes hands-on experience with Logistics operations and projects, strong assessments to determine progression to the next rotation, and unleashes potential through 4-month rotational cycles and cross-functional work experience.

The program follows the 70-20-10 learning guideline: 70% from challenging events, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework. Successful completion allows application for jobs within the company.

Experience and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent
No more than three years of relevant work experience
Geographical mobility: willingness to move during training and throughout your career
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ambitious, curious, brave, and tough; determined to get things done
A sense of ownership and a desire to make a difference
