Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging corporate clients fleet buyers and institutional customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients fleet buyers and institutional customers
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring profitability and fostering long-term partnerships

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts addressing inquiries resolving complaints and managing service needs

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline status and customer information using the CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses for management review
  • Collaborate with finance logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery registration and servicing of motorbikes

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Support promotional campaigns exhibitions and corporate events to increase brand visibility
  • Provide client feedback to the marketing team to aid in product development and improvement

Qualifications and Skills

QualificationDetails
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing or a related field
Experience3–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales preferably in the automotive motorbike fleet management or logistics industry
Sales PerformanceProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
SkillsStrong negotiation networking and presentation skills
Technical ProficiencyProficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Additional AdvantageA valid driving/riding license is an added advantage
