Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities driving motorbike sales and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Leadership

  • Coordinate and supervise the field sales team's daily activities to ensure alignment with sales plans and objectives
  • Guide mentor and motivate team members to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Support the team in resolving challenges and escalate critical issues to management when necessary
  • Monitor individual and team performance providing constructive feedback coaching and regular performance reports to management

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive sales for commercial and fleet motorbikes ensuring unit targets are met or exceeded
  • Proactively identify approach and follow up with potential customers to promote the company’s product range
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides effectively communicating features specifications and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers dealers and distributors

Field Operations & Reporting

  • Perform regular field visits to engage with existing and potential customers
  • Gather customer feedback and ensure high-quality post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports market intelligence and performance analyses to management
  • Organize and participate in trade shows promotional events marketing campaigns and exhibitions

Market Research & Brand Promotion

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor products pricing and sales strategies using insights to refine field tactics
  • Actively promote and enhance the company brand at every customer interaction
  • Identify new business growth opportunities and provide strategic insights to management

Qualifications and Skills

QualificationDetails
EducationA degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Experience3 to 5 years of experience in sales and field supervision preferably within the automotive or motorbike industry
Sales PerformanceA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Leadership SkillsStrong leadership team management and interpersonal skills
Communication SkillsExcellent communication negotiation and customer relationship management abilities
Organizational SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills
IndependenceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively supporting a team
