Job Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, locate, and relocate merchandise.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the forklift.
• Handle products for storage, ensuring accuracy and no damage.
• Perform picking duties to meet customer service standards.
• Move products between staging areas efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift daily.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Support warehouse security, cleanliness, and safety measures.
• Assist with physical inventory counting.
• Maintain accurate product reports as needed.

Education and Work Experience

Key Requirements

• Defensive training certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate class.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Capacity to work independently and complete tasks within given instructions and standard practices.
