Job Summary:

The Shift Electrical Artisan will handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Putting in electrical equipment and appliances
• Wiring and giving power to new machines
• Checking and testing broken motors at the factory
• Giving power to places where it is needed around the company
• Changing broken lights, breakers, and conductors
• Keeping all power points in the factory up to date
• Putting in cable trays where they are needed
• Working with the IT team during electrical outages
• Fixing lights that are already on machines
• Fixing or replacing broken equipment
• Making new power supply at the factory
• Checking out existing installations and fixing problems
• Giving electricity to new ACs that are being put in
• Testing and fixing appliances that use electricity
• Doing whatever other tasks that management asks you to do

Qualifications and Work History:

• At least an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a similar job in a busy setting
• The ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to keep a happy mood and give great service
• Ability to work alone and finish tasks
• Ability to follow directions and regular procedures
