The Fraud Analyst will work in the Corporate Risk department

They will be in charge of finding and dealing with fraud or suspicious issues and giving strategic advice through professional reports

• Look into and gather information about activity related to fraud such as tampering identity theft impersonation and fraudsters
• Work with the Field Team/Call Center to find incidences of fraud and make sure they are closed
• Work with multiple law enforcement agencies to close situations of reported fraud or tampering
• Act as a witness in court cases that come up in the field for the organization
• Make regular reports from the field on fraud-related activity and send them up the chain
• Teach employees about fraud and how it affects the organization

• Education: A bachelor's degree or higher national diploma in an area relating to criminal justice ,criminology sociology psychology security studies or risk management
• Experience: At least three years of experience in the same or a similar job
• Certification (Extra Benefit): A certification in Criminal Investigations Fraud Management or Business Analytics is a plus

• Ability to do things with little or no supervision
