As a Customer Service Executive for Social Media, you'll be the voice of Sun King on all of our digital platforms Your job will include talking to customers online, carefully answering their questions, nurturing leads, and establishing strong brand loyalty through good, meaningful contact.

Other Qualifications and Skills:
At least one year of experience in a related capacity, such as community management, social media customer support, or something like that
Skills and Qualities:
Good in writing and speaking clearly
Ability to handle more than one discussion at once and set priorities for jobs
Great people skills and a focus on the consumer first
Knowing how to use digital technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Zendesk and Ameyo
Able to bounce back and change in a fast-paced, tech-driven world
A person who works well with others and is open to new ideas
Language Skills:
English and Luganda are required
Preferred: Being able to speak at least one language from Western, Northern, Eastern, or Central Uganda fluently
