Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, assist with interviews, conduct orientation programs, monitor probation periods, and update job descriptions.
- Payroll and Benefits: Support payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and administer performance-based incentives.
- Training and Development: Organize and manage the annual training calendar and assess training needs.
- Employee Relations and Welfare: Address employee queries, promote well-being, and support grievance handling and compliance.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations and monitor performance data.
- Expatriate Support: Facilitate work permits, visas, and accommodation arrangements for expatriates.
- Union Engagement: Collaborate with shop stewards to resolve employee issues.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications and Skills
