Job Summary
Plan and execute sales and trade marketing in key outlets to boost revenue and customer relationships. Manage beer and soft drinks sales across your territory while supporting national promotions and competitive intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion Execution
- Execute national/regional trade marketing promotions and programs
- Negotiate additional sales with outlets
- Plan orders based on stock levels and targets per brand/pack type
- Monitor competitor activities and report insights
- Provide business assistance to customers per TSP guidelines/IRVP
Customer Relationship Management
- Plan visit routes and ensure timely, effective customer calls
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute approved initiatives
- Support local/national events within allocated budgets
- Identify new volume opportunities
- Ensure professional product placement in Back of Bar
Planning and Resource Management
- Ensure customer database accuracy
- Evaluate outlets per guidelines
- Develop trade development plans for approval
- Combine merchandising investment needs for budgets
- Maintain trade assets (coolers, signs, vehicles, phones, computers)
- Recruit and manage promoters
Key Performance Indicators
- Market share increase
- Sales and volume targets/Sell out
- Digital Transformation: Bees Buyers, Bees Share, Bees Force compliance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related
- Diploma in Marketing/Business (advantage)
- 1–2 years in FMCG sales/marketing
- Understanding of distribution costs and optimization
- Knowledge of distributor environments
- Budgeting and process compliance
