We're urgently hiring across customer service, collections, operations, finance, and sales. All roles require strong communication, tech-savviness, and a passion for financial inclusion.

1. Customer Service Representative

Duties:

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Resolve payment/transaction issues with accurate tracking
  • Promote PalmPay products and escalate complex cases
  • Maintain logs and follow up for customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Bachelor's in business/communications; 0–1 year experience (fintech preferred); fluent English; MS Office/CRM skills; weekend availability.

2. Online Collector

Duties:

  • Monitor overdue digital payments/loans via online platforms
  • Negotiate repayment plans and update collection records
  • Collaborate to reduce bad debts and improve recovery
  • Report trends and suggest channel improvements

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's in business/finance; 1–2 years debt recovery; Excel/data analysis; knowledge of Ugandan financial laws.

3. Operations Assistant

Duties:

  • Process transactions and onboard new agents
  • Manage POS inventory and operational standards
  • Resolve process issues with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor metrics and support Uganda launch

Qualifications: Bachelor's in business/operations; 1–2 years admin/ops (finance/logistics +); ERP/CRM skills; multitasking in fast-paced settings.

4. Collection Supervisor

Duties:

  • Train collectors to meet recovery targets
  • Develop delinquency reduction strategies
  • Monitor KPIs, handle escalations, ensure compliance
  • Foster results-driven, ethical culture

Qualifications: Bachelor's in business/finance/law; 3+ years collections (supervisory required); Excel/SQL; leadership & recovery rate improvement track record.

5. Customer Service Supervisor

Duties:

  • Lead team to meet SLAs and quality standards
  • Implement training, case resolution, performance reviews
  • Monitor operations, promotions, and service enhancements
  • Use feedback to improve retention and team efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's in management; 3+ years leading CS teams; CRM/coaching expertise; multilingual (Luganda +); fintech/call center experience preferred.

6. Finance Manager

Duties:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Manage cash flow, taxes, audits, and cost optimization
  • Align financial plans with growth objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Ugandan regulations

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in finance; ACCA/CPA; 5+ years finance management; Ugandan tax/ERP expertise; strategic leadership.

7. Sales Manager

Duties:

  • Develop sales plans for merchant/agent onboarding
  • Lead teams to hit revenue targets via POS/transfers
  • Identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships
  • Promote PalmPay ecosystem in Uganda's fintech market

Qualifications: Bachelor's in business/sales; 5+ years leading sales (fintech +); revenue growth; CRM/negotiation; Ugandan market knowledge.

8. Field Collector

Duties:

  • Conduct field visits for overdue loans/payments
  • Negotiate amicable resolutions and update systems
  • Handle high-risk cases with supervisors
  • Educate on financial literacy to prevent defaults

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's in finance; 1–2 years collections; mobility (license +); ethical persuasion; basic tech reporting.
