Position Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

Building Strategic Partnerships

  • Find possible mass market organizations and make business cases that fit with NSSF's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the entire process of developing a relationship, from the first contact to the final agreement, making sure that each stage provides value and is in line with NSSF's aims.

Team Leadership and Supervision

  • Keep an eye on the daily work of team members who are in charge of building and integrating partnerships.
  • Set performance goals, give advice, and review the team's work to make sure they are productive and effective.

Implementation and Integration

  • Make sure that all partnership integrations follow the law and NSSF policies, and work with the legal team as needed.

Monitoring and Improving Performance

  • Use key performance indicators and regular reporting to keep an eye on and evaluate how well partnerships are working.
  • Change your plans as needed to improve the results of the relationship and help NSSF reach its growth goals.

Managing and Involving Stakeholders

  • Make and keep solid connections with both new and old partners.
  • Be the go-between for NSSF and mass market businesses, making sure that everyone knows what each partnership's goals and scope are.
  • Attend meetings and conferences outside of the department as a representative.
  • Give presentations and training sessions to personnel and outside stakeholders on how to manage partnerships and grow a business.

Academic Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a similar subject.
  • A master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • It is better if you have professional qualifications in business development, project management, or financial analysis (for example, ACCA, CFA, or FMVA).

Work Experience

  • More than seven years of expertise in business development and partnership management, working with large companies, banks, and government agencies to increase membership and compliance.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a manager.
  • A history of successfully enrolling people through transactions and getting them to use digital payments, as well as integrating partners into social security contribution systems.
  • Good at leading and coaching teams, creating performance goals, and getting results that are better than expected through strategic involvement and operational control.
