One Marketing Officer Position

Job Purpose

To come up with and carry out marketing plans that will help KASSACO's products and services get more exposure get more members and get more people to know about the brand

Main Duties

• Come up with and carry out new marketing and member recruitment efforts
• Be the SACCO's voice at community events trade shows and meetings
• Do market research to find new chances and learn what members require
• Make and keep strong connections with current and potential members
• Make marketing materials for many platforms like flyers posters and social media
• Teach people in the community about the benefits of being a member of SACCO and using our financial products
• Meet goals for getting new members and selling products

Qualifications and Work History

• A diploma in marketing business administration commerce or a similar discipline is required
• To be able to move around the work area you must have a valid Class A driving permit
• It would be great if you had experience with digital marketing and managing social media
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs (such MS Office and design software)
• Age: 20 to 30 years
• Previous experience in sales or marketing especially in the financial sector is a plus
• Must be friendly convincing and a team player who gets things done
