Key Responsibilities
Managing Analytics
- Getting cohorts involved based on where they are in the customer journey
- Find the right engagement packages to give different members, prospects, and the general public
- Do a Financial Needs Assessment for the different mass audiences you want to reach and write down the results. Then make a plan for how to get them involved.
- Find and give members, prospects, and the public the right financial planning tools to help them reach their goals and the Fund's growth goals.
Managing Programs
- Help establish and keep track of strategic member engagement strategies for the section, making sure they fit with the department's overall strategy.
- Work with people and teams inside and outside the Fund to get their ideas on how to build and implement engagement programs, content, and products that are useful to the target audiences.
- Plan and help create e-learning, digital, and engagement tools for signing up participants, managing their learning, and keeping them interested.
- Plan and run regular mass public education events on relevant channels, media, and forums to get people to join the fund.
- Plan and organize groups of people to take part in different investment possibilities.
- Plan program activities so you can keep an eye on your spending and stay within your budget.
- Plan structured learning activities and keep an eye on how well they go.
- Find ways to make the programs, initiatives, and tasks more efficient and effective.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in your field, both in the US and throughout the world, as well as financial planning for the mass market.
Mass Personalization Financial Planning
- Provide expert advice on platforms and forums to meet the wide range of financial needs of the mass market in a mass personalized way
- Review and update technology and content to make sure they are still relevant and useful for the changing and diverse financial needs of the mass market.
- Keep track of each person in the mass market who is getting financial advice and planning help
- Look at the action journey for the people that are involved
Academic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline like social sciences, communications, marketing, public relations, or anything else.
- Having relevant professional qualifications and being a member of a relevant organization is a plus.
- Having professional training or certification in digital communications, community involvement, or program administration is a plus.
Work Experience
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a job that involved managing a community, engaging an audience, or coordinating a program.
- For at least two (2) years, you should have been in charge of other people.
- Proven ability to create and carry out engagement programs for broad and diverse groups of people, including using digital platforms and networks of influencers.
- Experience creating and running targeted campaigns based on data about the audience or the customer journey.
- Proven ability to work with many different people to plan and carry out outreach projects that make a difference.
- Knowing about community outreach or mass market programs is a plus.
