Job Summary

The Relationship Officer - Logbook Finance Product will manage client relationships to ensure superior service, timely loan repayments, and repeat business. This role requires building strong client ties, handling inquiries, and achieving portfolio performance targets.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

Build and manage client relationships to deliver superior service
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, handling inquiries on services and products
Maintain regular and consistent client communication with accurate account information and advice
Address client complaints and issues professionally
Develop and implement strategies to educate existing and new clients on product benefits
Ensure portfolio performance meets company targets
Achieve at least 40% repeat business from the assigned portfolio
Maintain PAR 30 days at 3% or less for the portfolio
