Role Purpose

Explosively grow your branch Civil Servant loan book every month while keeping PAR < 1%. Recruit, train, and lead a killer team of Sales Agents through daily market activations and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit monthly sales volume & quality targets
• Run daily market activations in government offices/schools
• Recruit & onboard 5–8 new Sales Agents monthly
• Train agents on Civil Servant product & compliance
• Daily field rides + performance coaching
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction per charter
• Zero tolerance for fraud — instant reporting
• Weekly pipeline & recovery reviews

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin or related
• 2+ years in lending (Civil Servant loans big advantage)
• 1+ year leading sales teams
• Proven track record beating targets
