Role Purpose

Own your region’s Logbook Finance explosion. Grow portfolio **month-on-month** while keeping **PAR < 1.5%**. Recruit, train, and lead a hungry team of Sales Agents through daily market activations in garages, taxi parks, and trading centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Smash monthly disbursement targets (UGX 500M+ per team)
• Run daily logbook activations in garages & boda stages
• Recruit 8–12 new Sales Agents every month
• Train agents on valuation, documentation & compliance
• Daily field supervision + ride-alongs
• Zero fraud tolerance — instant reporting
• 95%+ customer satisfaction score
• Weekly recovery & repossession planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin or related
• 2+ years in lending (Logbook/Asset finance = huge advantage)
• 1+ year leading sales teams
• Proven track record hitting UGX 300M+ monthly targets
