Role Purpose

Grow your branch SME portfolio month-on-month while keeping PAR < 2%. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Loan Officers to deliver explosive growth and 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit team portfolio growth & quality targets
• Recruit & onboard Loan Officers (meet monthly headcount)
• Train team on products, processes & compliance
• Daily field supervision + performance coaching
• Chair branch loans committee – approve all SME loans
• Enforce **zero fraud** culture
• Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
• Weekly pipeline reviews & recovery action plans

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin or related
• 2+ years in lending (SME preferred)
• 1+ year in leadership/supervision role
• Proven track record hitting sales targets
