 A brief overview of the position is provided below As a Telesales Representative you will be the voice that assists customers in growing,  assisting them through the process of upgrading to better equipment and expanding their potential 

When you work directly with consumers on a daily basis, you will assist them in improving their lives by assisting them in locating the appropriate items resolving any issues that they may be experiencing and ensuring that they get the most out of their M-KOPA experience

 At M-KOPA assisting consumers in upgrading is not simply about selling things; rather it is about opening doors to previously unimaginable opportunities . 

You will connect consumers with the technology that they require to improve their life whether it be a more advanced phone more services or access to financial instruments that can assist them in accomplishing their objectives , Helping customers finding solutions to problems and identifying new chances for advancement are all part of your job description. 

It will be your responsibility to manage client requests for updates and devices verify customer information in order to ensure everyone's safety and assist customers in selecting the appropriate plans to meet their requirements 

Additionally you will market extra products that bolster their experience and offer support to them in the event that they require assistance with their gadgets or applications

 This position is located in Kampala and reports to the Telesales Team Leader (Telesales Team Leader)

Requirements

  • An individual with one to two years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment is required and it would be ideal if they also have some expertise in sales or telesales
  • It is important that you are comfortable communicating with clients resolving their issues and assisting them in locating the items that they require
  • Having great communication skills and being naturally good at creating trust with consumers are both essential qualities for you to possess
  • Individuals who are patient sympathetic and pay attention to details as well as those who are results-oriented and capable of working independently are a desirable candidate for this position
  • Most importantly you should be a member of a team that is capable of juggling various responsibilities and who actually cares about working toward the success of your customers
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or mobile banking services would be ideal but we are willing to train the right individual
