Mukwano Industries is seeking nine highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisors to oversee the plastic molding production lines at our Namanve plant Reporting to the Production Officer/Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor will ensure machines operate efficiently, products maintain high quality, and staff productivity is maximized during shifts
Requirement | Details |

Education | A diploma or degree in engineering or a comparable technical profession |
Experience | At least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, ideally in plastics or molding processes |
Skills and Traits:
Good in leading and coordinating teams
Good at talking and writing clearly
Ability to solve technological problems and have mechanical skills
Self-motivated and proactive, having the potential to inspire others
Able to work at heights and in places that are hard on the body
Good with people and able to work well with others
Ability to keep up with new technologies and ways to make operations better
Focused on accuracy and able to see small things
It is important to have a good understanding of HACCP and ISO standards
A 48-hour work week, with the option to work extra hours if needed
Being around high heat, dust, noise, grease, and industrial machines
Most of the labor is done while standing or strolling on the manufacturing floor
