Role Summary

We are hiring a Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our branches.  This includes managing sales teams, overseeing customer service, and ensuring showroom performance targets are met

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the showroom
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Monitor showroom performance metrics
  • Develop strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain inventory and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports on sales and operational performance

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

RequirementDetails
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership
Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills.

 Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
