Job Summary

The main goal of this job is to help the company grow by accomplishing its business goals This includes managing and developing the unit with the goal of making sure the business grows by building and keeping the unit up to defined standards

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities in Detail

• Hiring: The Unit Manager will hire and keep an Agency force according to agreed-upon standards Making sure that all Agents are licensed according to IRA rules and that their licenses are still good
• Training: Teach, teach, and guide the Agency staff to help them work better together and enhance their performance Make sure that the Agents understands the Company's risk appetite, credit policy, internal policies and procedures, and any other rules or regulations they need to follow
• Profitability: Keep an eye on how well the Agency force business is doing to make sure it achieves or beats its goals Make sure that all premiums are collected according to the credit control policy
