Role Purpose

Expand BRAC’s agricultural loan portfolio in assigned satellites. Follow client protection principles, internal policies, and Bank of Uganda regulations while delivering high-quality service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote & cross-sell BUBL loan products to farmers
• Train clients on climate-smart agriculture & financial literacy
• Assist with loan applications and documentation
• Conduct home/farm appraisals for credit assessment
• Disburse approved loans daily per targets
• Verify character, credit history, and references
• Monitor loan performance and portfolio quality

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Crop Science, Agri Economics, or related
• Motorcycle riding permit + riding ability (advantage)
• Knowledge of climate-smart farming practices
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong communication and persuasion
• Women strongly encouraged
