BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd is searching for enthusiastic and outgoing Customer Relationship Officer Interns to work in the West-Nile Northern Western Southwestern and Eastern regions.

 This job in the field is very important to the bank's goal of making sure everyone has access to financial services Interns will be the bank's public face working with communities to market loan products teach people about money management and help clients fill out loan applications This job gives you a lot of hands-on experience in sales customer service and microfinance

Roles & Responsibilities / Main Tasks

• Actively inform and educate potential and current clients about BUBL's loan products and other financial services
• Teach clients and community groups how to manage their money
• Help clients fill out loan application forms correctly and gather the necessary paperwork
• Go to the field to evaluate loan applicants by looking at their businesses character and collateral
• Give clients the money they need for approved loans and make sure they know what the terms are
• Keep an eye on how the loan portfolio is doing and make sure payments are made on time
• Build and keep solid trust-based relationships with clients and the community

Qualifications for School

Skills and Experience

• Great skills in communication presentation and getting along with others
• Can relate to people from different backgrounds and groups
• Strong will and ability to do a lot of field work
• It helps to have a basic grasp of microfinance or lending but it is not required
• Having a motorbike riding permit makes it much easier to get around in the field
