Main Responsibilities

Anticipate and comprehend the needs of each department in light of the Bank Strategy, and make sure they are in line with company goals
Translate the business demands of stakeholders into comprehensive functional requirements so that you can clearly write down and share business requirements with the development team and other important stakeholders
Get business (functional and non-functional) and technical requirements from the right people to fully understand the risks and assumptions that come with a project
When creating requirements to be delivered, do a lot of research and talk to both present and prospective end users to think about how future technology advancements might affect the project
To get a clear and exact definition of the scope of a project, perform a lot of research to find, define, document, and analyze needs that are linked to certain business goals
Make and use documents like the requirements management plan, use cases, user stories, and project vision document throughout the project's life cycle
Coordinate problem-solving sessions to talk about and figure out how to meet particular needs while also taking into account new restrictions that may arise during the implementation stage due to challenges with technology, functionality, or compatibility These constraints may include changes to policies or procedures
Work with the relevant stakeholders and the development team to come up with novel strategies to reach the desired goals while using fewer resources
When the solution is given, make sure that the Business Requirements have been met according to the Business requirements before telling the affected stakeholders the same thing

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree	Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Statistics
Professional Qualification	Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Project Management Qualification; Six Sigma Lean Green Belt (helpful)

Experience

Experience	Details
General Work Experience	At least five years
Financial Services or Fintech	Three years in technology, business analysis, change management, or operations role

Other Skills and Qualifications

Good in managing change, financial technology, processes, and new ideas
Creative, good at thinking critically, and pays attention to details
Knowledge about the industry and business
Understanding of how to manage projects
A good enough understanding of technology to know what's going on now, what has to be done, and how to do it
Knowledge of how technical systems work and how to change them
Able to handle a lot of different types of information, weigh the pros and cons of several solutions, and solve tough business challenges
The ability to lead, negotiate, and make decisions
Skills in elicitation, facilitation, and communication
Willingness and ability to learn, frequently by collaborating with technical stakeholders
Awareness of politics and culture
A mind that is curious and asks questions
Being able to write down and back up their analysis and suggestions to a wide range of stakeholders
