Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a talented Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations for a customer in the oil and gas industry The job involves assisting in financial planning budgeting and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency

Important Duties

• Assist in preparing financial statements budgets and forecasts
• Support the Finance Manager in monitoring financial performance and analyzing variances
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing accounts payable receivable and general ledger activities
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions
• Support cost control measures and financial risk assessments
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals
• Use financial software to track and analyze data

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualification: A bachelor's degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting preferably in the oil and gas sector
• Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Preferred: Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA (a plus)
