Exquisite Solution Limited is looking for a talented Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations for a customer in the oil and gas industry The job involves assisting in financial planning budgeting and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency
Important Duties
- Assist in preparing financial statements budgets and forecasts
- Support the Finance Manager in monitoring financial performance and analyzing variances
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in managing accounts payable receivable and general ledger activities
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions
- Support cost control measures and financial risk assessments
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals
- Use financial software to track and analyze data
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting preferably in the oil and gas sector
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Preferred: Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA (a plus)
