Job Summary
Recruited by Exquisite Solution Limited for a client in the telecom industry, the Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell internet access, cloud, and cybersecurity products. The role involves identifying client needs, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients by understanding their needs and preferences
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to secure new business opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations highlighting the benefits of the company’s products
- Close sales by addressing customer queries and resolving concerns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition within specified timelines
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the team leader and Indirect Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom or tech industry
- Proven ability to generate leads, deliver sales presentations, and close deals efficiently
- Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships for satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and close sales
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure to meet sales goals
- Capacity to provide regular feedback and collaborate effectively with sales managers and team leaders
