Job Purpose

The Branch Supervisor leads Iganga Branch operations, overseeing customer care, technical checks, satellite management, and field supervision. You will ensure seamless client onboarding, loan disbursements, and high service standards across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Lead Management

• Serve as primary contact for walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads
• Collect and verify KYC during onboarding
• Follow up on leads from agents, FSOs, and platforms
• Guide clients through loan application and disbursement
• Address concerns and maintain high service standards

Technical Oversight

• Conduct pre-disbursement vehicle checks
• Prevent theft, tampering, and GPS issues
• Demonstrate product use (trackers, safety)
• Collaborate with tech team on unit readiness

Satellite & Field Supervision

• Supervise satellite office staff and operations
• Monitor lead flow and conversion rates
• Ensure timely disbursements and documentation
• Lead weekly performance reviews with data insights
• Manage inventory (GPS, contracts)

Branch Operational Support

• Generate daily reports on disbursements and metrics
• Coordinate with agents and FSOs for field presence
• Escalate bottlenecks and client issues
• Maintain accurate CRM and Excel records

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Sales, or related field
• 2+ years in supervisory, sales coordination, or operations role
• Experience in microfinance, asset finance, or mobility sector is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple teams and channels
