Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Team Lead to drive our car logbook loan sales in the Jinja region.

 This is a key leadership role for a sales professional with a proven track record.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients managing the sales process and leading by example to achieve ambitious team targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify prospect and engage potential customers to promote MOGO's car logbook loan products
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs offering tailored financial solutions Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and generate referrals
  • Loan Process Guidance: Expertly guide clients through the entire loan application process ensuring accurate and timely collection of all required documentation
  • Performance Management: Take ownership of achieving and exceeding set monthly and quarterly sales targets while also contributing to the team's overall objectives
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends competitor activities and relevant regulatory changes to strategically position our products
  • Reporting: Prepare regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance client feedback and market insights for management review

Qualifications and Experience

EducationA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field
ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services automotive sales or asset financing
Sales PerformanceA documented history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets
