Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Team Lead to drive our car logbook loan sales in the Jinja region.
This is a key leadership role for a sales professional with a proven track record.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients managing the sales process and leading by example to achieve ambitious team targets
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify prospect and engage potential customers to promote MOGO's car logbook loan products
Client Relationship Management: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs offering tailored financial solutions Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and generate referrals
Loan Process Guidance: Expertly guide clients through the entire loan application process ensuring accurate and timely collection of all required documentation
Performance Management: Take ownership of achieving and exceeding set monthly and quarterly sales targets while also contributing to the team's overall objectives
Market Intelligence: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends competitor activities and relevant regulatory changes to strategically position our products
Reporting: Prepare regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance client feedback and market insights for management review

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services automotive sales or asset financing
Sales Performance
A documented history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets
