RTV is looking for a strategic Change Manager to oversee the implementation of important changes to systems and processes across the enterprise.
You will be a key player in projects like putting in a new HRIS, rolling out Office 365, and other efforts to improve how we do business. This job requires a lot of experience with project management and a focus on people when making changes. This makes sure that our teams are ready, involved, and supported during the change process.

| A bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a similar discipline. |
| At least 7 years of experience in project management, change management, or business transformation. |
| A PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, or ACMP certification is a plus. |
| Experience directing the adoption of systems across departments (for example, FMS, HRIS, and Office365). |
| Great talents in engaging, facilitating, and communicating with stakeholders. |
| Good at analyzing, solving problems, and organizing things. |
| Ability to do well in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting and handle many important tasks at once. |
| Having worked in international development in East Africa is a big plus. |
