The Program Coordinator for Applied Learning is the link between what happens in the field and what the organization knows. You will be in charge of gathering information from our programs, turning it into useful learning materials and training tools, and making sure that both our staff and communities benefit from ongoing learning and new ideas. 

This job is great for someone who enjoys doing qualitative research, creating capacity, and making hard-to-understand information easier to understand.

• Knowledge Management: Put program methods, lessons learned, and best practices into handbooks, guides, and digital information.
• Capacity Building: Find out what staff needs to learn and create useful training programs and ways to measure their effectiveness.
• Qualitative Research: Set up and run focus groups and interviews in the local languages to get useful information that can be used to make programs better.
• Program evaluations: Help working groups and write down the results of program evaluations to help make strategic changes.
• Support for Innovation: Use information from pilots and field comments to find ways to improve the program.
