The Program Coordinator for Applied Learning is the link between what happens in the field and what the organization knows. You will be in charge of gathering information from our programs, turning it into useful learning materials and training tools, and making sure that both our staff and communities benefit from ongoing learning and new ideas.
This job is great for someone who enjoys doing qualitative research, creating capacity, and making hard-to-understand information easier to understand.

| A bachelor's degree in social sciences, developmental studies, or a comparable discipline. |
| Five years of experience in applied research, international development, or knowledge management. |
| Strong qualitative research abilities and experience working in rural communities. |
| Proven ability to create training materials and turn technical information into formats that are easy for users to understand. |
| Great talents in project management, facilitation, and communication. |
| You need to be fluent in English and know how to speak Runyankore, Rukiga, or another local dialect. |
| Willingness to go to field areas often. |
