 Job Summary

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment firm, is seeking a Property Consultant for our client in the Real Estate market. The ideal candidate will meet sales goals, sell and display homes, and establish relationships with clients to help the firm grow strategically.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Show potential clients real estate assets for sale and create long-term connections to achieve sales goals.
  • Use phone calls, site visits, emails, presentations, and other methods to build and maintain a solid client base.
  • Proactively find and pursue new prospects, follow up diligently, and close sales while maintaining good client relationships.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to improve customer experience and service.
  • Identify new marketing ideas and explore untapped sales channels, including setting up and running property site visits.
  • Keep in touch with assigned leads, find suitable homes for clients, and ensure deals are completed successfully.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, engaging with new and existing clients and addressing their questions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction by quickly identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular visits, and following up.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, reports, and client information, while researching market trends and sales data to provide informed advice.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated with accurate client and sales information by the end of each workday.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, procedures, and reporting systems as needed.
  • Collaborate daily with staff to share information, ensure top-notch service, and align efforts toward client satisfaction.

Education and Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in property sales or a similar role.
  •  Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer programs.
  •  Willingness to relocate within Kampala, Uganda, and start promptly.
RequirementDescription
EducationBachelor’s degree in a field related to sales, marketing, real estate, or similar.
