Job Summary

The DW Logistic & Material Technician at Aldelia Limited is responsible for managing material and personnel logistics to support efficient and compliant drilling operations. The role involves verifying equipment readiness, coordinating transportation, maintaining accurate material records, and ensuring seamless logistics planning under the direction of the Drilling & Completions Superintendent Supervisor (DCSSV). The position requires close collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to optimize operations and maintain up-to-date inventory and personnel records.

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

Material Logistics

Verify the readiness of contractors and their equipment required for operations, ensuring all non-required equipment is backloaded, under the direction of the DCSSV
Ensure with DCSSV that all required equipment for next operations and unrequired backloads are in the 3-week lookahead planning to ensure continuous optimized operations
Liaise with Senior Material Man at the base, third-party vendors, and Well Engineering team for future operations equipment lists consolidation
Draft and issue material Work Orders to drilling services contractors
Ensure received equipment matches manifests, backload manifests are properly filled, and trucks are released on time
Ensure all material records are kept and reconciliation of all material usage is done
Keep an up-to-date inventory of rig site material stock
Liaise with the Rig Contractor and Logistics department to ensure all rig move logistics means are received on time

Personnel Logistics

Coordinate and arrange personnel transportation on/off rig
Ensure correct POB (Personnel on Board) is updated at all times 24/7, not to overshoot the maximum POB, and liaise POB forecast with DCSSV for 3-week lookahead planning
Ensure all drilling services contractors' resources are provided in accordance with the relevant Work Order

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

Diploma or degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
High proficiency with IT and industry software, including MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of Wellview
Minimum 2 years in a similar role supporting Wells operations or at least 1 year as drilling/completion supervisor
Experience with SAP is preferred
