 Purpose:

The major goal of an account developer is to keep expand and develop existing customers by increasing volume and profitability,  while creating solid connections ADs, will have to find a way to make money from the fuels bitumen and lubricants business in their portfolio while also dealing with a mix of Platinum Silver and Gold consumers in person

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follows business rules to manage and enhance the LPG value proposition for commercial customers
  • Follow the company's and the Group's rules and policies about health safety and the environment
  • For all agreed Bulk divisions sales performance volume C3 and C5 profitability
  • Ability to meet sales goals set by the business's marketing plan
  • Make a clear connection between marketing techniques that lead to profitable growth and sales
  • Get new consumers to grow your business while keeping the ones you already have
  • Build and keep important relationships with important client accounts according to the agreed-upon client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy
  • Make sure there is a method for monitoring and reviewing sales management and that it is used regularly
  • Make the Bulk Sales segment planning and execution of specific key account sales management strategies as successful as possible
  • Make and carry out sales plans to fill in the gaps in performance that have been found
  • Keep Sales First tools and other important client records up to date and in good shape
Main Problems:
  • Make sure that VEU always meets its duties to clients in a safe way
  • Make sure customers are profitable yet don't lose business
Knowledge Skills and Experiences Related to the Job:
  • A good understanding of marketing and the ability to put strategies into action
  • Sales experience with being responsible for the bottom line and getting outcomes
  • Good at selling and negotiating with a track record of success
  • Driven and has a high quality of personal appearance
  • Able to talk and write well
  • A good sense of business and a desire to market
