Job Purpose

The Technical Assistant will champion HSE performance, implement MAESTRO on-site, and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations for a major Oil & Gas project. The role ensures compliance with Total Group HSE policies, manages logistics planning, and supports innovation through tools, systems, and procedures.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE performance per Total Group objectives
• Develop, plan, and implement MAESTRO on-site; enforce HSE policies for logistics operations
• Identify and drive continuous improvement projects (equipment, methods, tools, systems, procedures)
• Establish LSO deliverables in integrated asset planning; update forecasts and budgets
• Ensure embedment of Logistics referential and TEPU procedures
• Deploy relevant tools and systems on-site; act as LSO/MTH/Innovation point of contact
• Conduct technical analysis, support evaluations, and coordinate with technical entities
• Maintain Logistics Anomaly and Management of Change databases (Synergi/Excel)
• Participate in SQM with LSO contractors; track recommendations and corrective actions
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain and update Department Action Plan and planning

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in Project Logistics at senior level
  • In-depth knowledge of onshore Oil & Gas project logistics
  • Hands-on experience in HSE operations in complex offshore/onshore fields
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in demanding environments
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and database management (MS Access, Excel, Word, Project)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to draft Standing Instructions and Procedures
