Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities
H3SE, Integrity, and Sustainability:
Leads by example in adhering to TEPU H3SE, Integrity, and Sustainability procedures
Ensures a safe workplace to protect people, facilities, and the environment, equipping staff with tools for safety and emergency preparedness
Alerts workers to accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazardous situations, initiating corrective measures
Process for Managing Materials:
Reviews requests to create, modify, or delete materials to ensure compliance with Company Rules (CR) and procedures
Verifies stock addition or removal requests align with CR and Procedures
Maintains records of technical information for materials in stock, including QA/QC reports, Certificates of Conformity, and Lab and Test results
Identifies opportunities to enhance the Materials Management process
Optimizing stock:
Conducts regular stock analysis with TADMs to identify optimization opportunities, such as addressing dead, surplus, or short stock, and ensures agreed methods are implemented
Prepares and distributes monthly stock reports for each TADM
Collaborates with Finance to compile lists of stock for depreciation or write-off after sales or corrections
Runs MRP regularly and discusses restock recommendations with TADMs
Updates Materials MRP parameters in collaboration with TADMs
Audits, physical inventory, and control performance:
Coordinates with logistics teams to plan, organize, and execute physical inventory counts and reconciliations, ensuring timely report delivery
Tracks and ensures implementation of recommendations from physical inventory counts and audits
Works with Accounting to resolve discrepancies or errors in SAP during physical inventory counts
Ensures proper archiving of physical inventory reports
Performs all internal stock control testing, including SOX Controls

Details
Education
A bachelor's degree or higher in procurement, supply chain management, engineering, business, economics, quantity surveying, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
At least one year of experience in a similar role or in procurement or another supply chain function at any company affiliate At least three years of relevant, hands-on experience in material management roles, ideally in the upstream oil and gas sector
Skills and Experience: Skills in contracts and procurement Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP programs for stock management Knowledge of the company's métiers and group categories (preferred) Experience using procurement tools and ERP systems for Material Management, such as SAP, UNISOL, or comparable e-sourcing solutions, as well as MS Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of stock, transit, and freight operations (preferred) Membership in relevant professional groups in procurement and supply chain (preferred)
