Main Duties

Monitor and analyze production data to identify performance and efficiency trends.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment and productivity.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
Support programs to ensure asset safety and reliability.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in developing KPIs and tracking progress.
Contribute to process and procedure improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education	Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience	Minimum 3 years in oil and gas operations or engineering.
Language	Fluent in professional English (written and spoken). Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Skills	Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in data analysis tools and production monitoring software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of Oil and Gas HSE requirements. Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
