Field Banking Officers are the driving force behind Kray's growth responsible for client acquisition savings mobilization loan processing and recovery. This role is ideal for proactive individuals passionate about community banking and financial inclusion

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

Source new clients and promote Kray's financial products in the community
Mobilize savings and facilitate account openings to expand the customer base

Loan Processing & Management

Appraise and process loan applications efficiently
Monitor loan repayments and recover overdue accounts to maintain portfolio quality

Customer Service & Financial Literacy

Deliver financial literacy education and excellent customer support
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all field operations
Submit timely field and performance reports to management

Qualifications and Competencies
