Job Summary

The Leader for Business & Personal Loans, Asset Financing, Deposits & Investments will manage and enhance the performance of Kray Microfinance’s key product lines. Reporting to the CEO or Managing Director, the role focuses on ensuring branch growth, profitability, and high-quality standards while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth, quality, and profitability of the portfolio, including business and personal loans, asset financing, deposits, and investments
• Collaborate with the Regional Business & Operations Lead to set and cascade monthly performance goals to branches
• Monitor credit evaluation, loan distribution, and recovery processes to maintain a healthy portfolio
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, refine product offerings, and optimize pricing and marketing strategies
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including disbursements, deposits, revenues, and Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
• Train and mentor Relationship Officers to ensure product knowledge and excellent customer service
• Work with Branch Managers to meet performance targets and ensure compliance with corporate regulations
• Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lending, portfolio management, or financial product oversight
• Proven success in growing a loan portfolio while maintaining high quality standards
• Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
