Role Summary

The Relationship Officer – Personal Loans will manage the full cycle of salary loan products from engaging employers to disbursing loans and monitoring repayments. This role is ideal for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with strong sales and credit skills

Key Responsibilities

Employer Partnership Management

Identify and onboard new employer partners to expand lending opportunities
Engage HR and Finance departments to establish employee lending programs

Loan Processing & Administration

Process appraise and recommend salary loan applications efficiently
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate loan disbursements and track repayments to maintain portfolio quality

Customer Service & Cross-Selling

Deliver outstanding customer service to build strong client relationships
Cross-sell other financial products and services to meet customer needs

Qualifications and Competencies

Education	Diploma or Degree in Finance Business or a related field
Experience	Minimum 2 years of experience in banking microfinance or lending Proficiency in credit analysis loan processing and MS Office
