Role Purpose

Join a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team at C-Care IHK to perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Contribute to protocol development, quality improvement, teaching, and clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization
• Conduct complex interventional procedures (PCI, TAVI, etc.)
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and specialists
• Develop clinical protocols and patient pathways
• Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and clinical research

Qualifications & Experience

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Specialization in Cardiology
• Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology
• Valid license with Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
• 3+ years post-fellowship in accredited cardiac centre
